Registration

Early registration phase starts at May 1st, 2011. Normal registration phase starts at September 1st, 2011 and ends on October 13th, 2011. On-site registration is possible directly at the conference’s registration desk (see below). Conference fee comprises conference sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, proceedings and social events. For a paper at least one full registration (non-member or member) is necessary; PHD students are allowed to register as students. Remark that on-site payments at the conference will be possible only in cash (EUR).

¹ This includes admittance to social events (Guided tour, Gala Dinner, Welcome Reception); no admittance to conference.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of your registration, cancellation fees will be applied as follows:

• Prior to September 1st, 2011: 30% of registration fee
• From October 1st, 2011: 50% of registration fee
• No refund will be given after October 15th, 2011.

Substitution of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to the CMS2011 registration desk by fax or email. Only written cancellation by fax or email will be accepted and has to be done via our registration desk. Note: registration fees will NOT be refunded for authors of accepted papers/posters.
